3. Receive a Yes or No

4. Schedule a Tour
Once you have recieved a yes from the pre-approval stage, we can set up a time to visit the property in person.
5. Tenant Application
If you like what you see, we will send you a tenant application via email. You will fill out the tenant application form online and pay tenant application fee online.
6. Applicant Approval
Once all the applications have been completed and reviewed, applicants will hear from us.
